Our client based in Moorebank are seeking an experienced Administration Office Support person to work on a Casual basis with a view to Permanent Part Time role.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who are seeking approximately 25 hours per week to accommodate family responsibilities. Hours can be flexible to suit the successful candidate. This is a small friendly office seeking a new Office Support person who enjoys working in a team environment job sharing.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- General office duties and support
- Xero systems
- Intermediate level Excel
- Front desk and answering phones
- Assist in organising and attending Board meetings
- Assisting and greeting clients
To be successful for this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in office administration duties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience using XERO
- Experience in Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy/numeracy
- Experience with Social Media & Webs an advantage
