Job description

Our client based in Moorebank are seeking an experienced Administration Office Support person to work on a Casual basis with a view to Permanent Part Time role.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who are seeking approximately 25 hours per week to accommodate family responsibilities.  Hours can be flexible to suit the successful candidate. This is a small friendly office seeking a new Office Support person who enjoys working in a team environment job sharing.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • General office duties and support
  • Xero systems
  • Intermediate level Excel
  • Front desk and answering phones
  • Assist in organising and attending Board meetings
  • Assisting and greeting clients

To be successful for this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience in office administration duties
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience using XERO
  • Experience in Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy/numeracy
  • Experience with Social Media & Webs an advantage
