We have a position available for an Administration Officer at Garden Organics, a successful and growing composting business.
Our operation is located in the Gingin Shire, where we are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic all-rounder to process invoices, generate reports, and liaise with staff on and off-site as well as with customers and suppliers.
This role will involve:
• Data Entry
• Assisting with Production Planning
• Invoicing
• Stock recording
• Filing of paperwork
• Checking emails
• Create runsheets for drivers to deliver stock
Someone ideal for this role will be:
• Proficient in using excel
• Punctual
• Reliable
• Have good phone manner
• Organised
Standard hours are 7:30-3:30 Monday to Friday but there is some flexibility.
