Reporting to the Administrative Coordinator, the Administrative Officer works closely with teaching area Managers to provide a customer focused service to current and future students and other stakeholders. There are currently 4 Fixed-term positions until 31/12/24 being offered at a HEP 5 Classification Level, Salary range $71,012 per annum (pro rata) - $81,568 per annum (pro rata), plus 17% Superannuation.2 Full-time (36.75 hours per week) positions located at our Werribee campus1 Full-time (36.75 hours per week) position located at our Sunshine campus1 Part-time (29.4 hours per week) position located our Sunshine campus.About You:Experience in providing high level organisational and administrative support in a similar role with excellent attention to detail.Ability to deliver quality client / customer service to all stakeholders.Have strong problem-solving skills together with the ability to adapt to changing work practices and procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team, together with the capability to work independently and meet the position objectives.What We Offer: For information on our employee benefits, flexible working, discounts in private health insurance and gym memberships and salary packaging please visit https://www.vu.edu.au/staff/benefits-services-for-staff.
