An opportunity is available for a full-time Administration Officer to join our established business, First National Real Estate, in Biloela.
We desire an outstanding and experienced candidate to join our successful Sales team. This exciting position requires you to have a positive outlook and an energetic approach to your daily work, be a multi-tasker and have a high level of time management skills.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent administrative support to our sales team. We are seeking someone committed, loyal and enthusiastic to take charge of the day-to-day administrative needs of the team.
Responsibilities could include:
- Interacting with clients face to face
- Assisting with property photography
- Assisting with the sales process where required
- General administration
- Contracts and Commercial administration
- Database management
- Marketing support
- Supporting all Sales Team members to maximise results
Skills & Experience:
- Required, previous Administration Support
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrates initiative and a can-do attitude with a smile
- Self-directed and ability to work with minimal supervision
