Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational or training environment is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, trainers, and staff both in-person and over the phone/email.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of training materials, including course outlines, handouts, and assessments.
- Process student enrolments.
- Coordinate training schedules and room bookings, ensuring facilities are prepared for classes and events.
- Maintain accurate records of student enrolments, attendance, and assessments using our student management system.
