Veolia ANZ are looking for an Administration Officer to join our Industrial Services team in Townsville 4810. As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for all admin processes including processing of payroll, goods receipting purchase orders, preparation of invoices and more.

What you'll be responsible for
Provide day to day administration support to the Operational teams across Queensland
Creating purchase orders and invoice customers
Accurate data entry of payroll and timesheet entries
Booking travel i.e. flights and accommodation when required
What you'll need to be successful
Previous administration experience required
Previous experience with SAP highly regarded but not essential
Previous experience with billing and raising purchase orders highly regarded
Ability to build and maintain working relationships
