POSITION TITLE: ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
LOCATION: Nai-Beguta Agama Aboriginal Corporation
42 Langie Draha Street, New Mapoon.

REQUIRED HOURS: Permanent, Part-Time 35hrs per week – Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5.00pm
ANNUAL SALARY: Level 3.4 Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 [MA000100] - $38.60 p/hr
POSITION DETAILS:
The Administration Officer will be responsible for delivering a high level of administration and Clerical support to the Service Coordinator and Child Care/OSHC Directors and staff. To provide a high level of customer service to ensure quality outcomes for the organization attend to all administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the administration and financial aspects of the organization to obtain a positive audit report.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Demonstrated Excellent Organizational skills
• Experience in MYOB
• Good knowledge in processing payroll
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR Certification or willingness to
obtain.
• Current Driver’s License
• Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent, or
demonstrated work experience
