James Golsworthy Consulting (JGC) is an Environmental, Planning and Development consultancy based in Mildura, providing services across regional Victoria and New South Wales. JGC primarily serve regional areas throughout Victoria and New South Wales and specialise in environmental assessment, land use planning, development matters and statutory approval processes on behalf of a diverse client base.
Due to increasing opportunities we are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team on a full time basis.
The Administration Officer will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, which include, but are not limited to:
- Finance matters including accounts receivable and payable, financial report generation, debtor control
- Management, maintenance and report production of business operational systems, including Xero (accounting), Workflow Max (time management) and Wrike (project management)
- Management and establishment of Policies and Processes
- Support to project leads for subdivision management projects
- Administrative support for the team, including Reception management
- Management of our client communication function
- Lodgement of projects and liaison with authorities regarding their status
- New project file set up across systems
- Team OH&S and Wellness
- Management of our Corporate identity and promotions
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Excellent customer service
- Confidence in working in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High working knowledge of MS Office
A working knowledge of Xero and WorkFlow Max would be an advantage.
Salary will be dependent upon the skills and qualifications of the applicant.
