Administration Officer

We welcome an experienced and enthusiastic full time Administration Officer to manage the front office functions of The Heights Home in Donvale.

In the leafy eastern Melbourne suburb of Donvale, The Heights sets the standard for premium quality aged living with 84 beds of luxury accommodation within easy access to public transport right on the doorstep.

Hours of work

• Monday – Friday
• 0900 – 1700

What you’ll be doing

• Reception duties including
  • managing a busy switchboard
  • meet & greet all guests
  • accept deliveries
• Manage rosters and minimise vacant shifts
• Support recruitment and education of staff
• Payroll related tasks
• Maintain procedures to ensure smooth management of front and back of house
• Deliver exceptional customer services to all stakeholders
• Work collaboratively and strengthen relationships with TLC employees

What you’ll need

• Aged Care experience (desirable)
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 
• 2024 influenza vaccination 
• NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance) 
• Eligibility to work in Australia
