Service Stream’s Energy division are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our growing company.Nature of position: CasualLocation: Newport office and Port Melbourne officeReporting Line: Cost AdministratorThe Administration Officer is an integral part of the Service Stream team, contributing to the company's profitability and growth through meticulous administrative duties.The Administrative Officer will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:Responding to supplier invoice inquiriesFollow-up on expired insurance from suppliersData entry dutiesRaising POsSupplier invoice/statement reconciliationSupport Project Manager site admin as required.Liaise with field-based and office-based employees to confirm/assist in the completion of tasksGeneral filing and office tasksOther duties as required and consistent with this role About You:We're looking for someone with relevant experience in similar roles. You should demonstrate and possess the following:Previous data entry experienceExcellent provision of customer serviceProfessional, friendly, and enthusiastic mannerWell-developed organizational and administration skillsHigh level of attention to detailWell-developed verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.The ability to work autonomously.Positive, proactive, professional approachExperience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and OutlookWorking ConditionsWork four days onsite office based in Newport and Port Melbourne.Typically, 8-9 days worked a fortnight, and could be more depending on business demands.
