Part Time - 40 hours per fortnight Fixed Term Contract until 30 June 2024
About the Role A short fixed term opportunity to join a leading administration team in Aged Care Assessment Services at Grampians Health. As an Administrative Officer you will provide superior services to our clients. You will assist in ensuring that program KPI’s are met, reporting requirements are fulfilled and all day to day operational tasks are completed.
Key Responsibility
Hit the ground running fulling the needs of four key areas:
Reception: Staffing the reception desk, actioning calls with respect and dignity and directing messages through the department
Referrals: Processing referrals, registering and actioning accordingly
Assessments: Following clinical assessments, reports and paperwork are to be handled accordingling and sent for filing
Administration support: Including liaising with regional assessment clinicians, health providers, community services, My Aged Care, video/teleconferencing assistance, ordering of supplies, monitoring equipment management and petty cash.
Skills & Experience
You have a history of administrative excellence, including advanced computer skills
Your communication and interpersonal skills will be of the highest standard
You can identify and solve problems constructively
Previous experience in a community or health environment is desirable.
License to drive a car in Victoria, as employment commitments will require travel at times
