Our Administration Team require enthusiastic and motivated people to join our expanding admin team. This role will see you working as Front desk being the first friendly face people are greeted with when entering the Hospital and working in our Consulting suites. As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include: Perform a broad range of administration duties including:Manage a busy reception deskAnswer and redirect callsOrganise appointments and prepare admission paperworkConduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visitsMaintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records.Perform Health Fund checks as requiredManage the collection of excesses/co-payments.Coordinate with staff from other departmentsComplete other clerical tasks such as data entry.Essential Criteria: Authority to work in AustraliaWorking with Children CheckExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast past environment.Strong attention to detailExperience in MS Office (Outlook, word and Excel)Works well independently and within a teamFlexible to work a variety of shiftsWebPas Hospital system experience (Desired)Have a few years Administration experience.Why Healthscope?
