About the Role
As our Administration Officer, you'll support the Manager of Inflight Services and ensure the smooth operation of our Cabin Crew team. This is a hands-on job that needs a keen eye for detail, a professional yet fun attitude, and a knack for juggling multiple tasks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Administrative Support: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.
- Diary Management: Handle diary management and meeting room bookings with ease.
- Record Keeping: Maintain all our records neatly and accurately.
- Uniform Coordination: Help our Cabin Crew look sharp by handling uniform requests.
- Personnel Administration: Handle timesheets, leave management, and crew records.
- Payroll: Assist with pay enquiries mail inbox and complete fortnightly timesheets
- Finance Tasks: Take care of purchase orders, invoices, and travel arrangements.
- Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate recruitment processes, from phone screenings to compliance documentation.
About You:
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experienced in maintaining computerised databases.
- Administrative Skills: Solid understanding of office admin practices.
- Great Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational Skills: Effective time management and task prioritisation.
- Problem Solver: Able to work independently and handle office challenges.
- Team Player: Enjoys working with others and collaborates effectively.
- Telephone Skills: Polished telephone manner and efficient call handling.
- Accurate Data Entry: Ensures timely and accurate data entry.
- Driver’s Licence: Must hold a current NT driver’s licence.
