We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Administration Officer at the Community Services Centre. The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for providing administrative support by performing a broad range of word processing, general secretarial and administrative duties in an efficient and customer focused manner for the Community Services Unit.
To be successful in this role you will need
QualificationsEssential
Current Victorian driver license.
Desirable
General understanding of local government applications is preferable but not essential.
Key selection criteria 1
Proficient in the use of computer applications, including Microsoft applications, Outlook and cloud based software
Key selection criteria 2High level of customer relations skills.
Key selection criteria 3Effective and efficient skills in managing time and organising one’s own work.
