We are seeking the services of an awesome Administration Officer to assist our Business Services team with their day-to-day administration functions. This is a great opportunity to join a genuinely friendly team where you will gain access to regular organisational events, and work with a great bunch of people.

Assistance with meetings, through preparation and distribution of agendas, and taking of minutes.
Organisation of travel and accommodation for Business Services employees and consultants.
Contribute to the compilation and presentation of data to satisfy key stakeholder requirements.
Ordering of stationery supplies and liaise with external service providers for printers/photocopiers to maintain functionality.
Some of the skills which will position you above the crowd include: -
Intermediate computer literacy including MS Office.
Good communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organisation.
Advanced planning and organisation skills to ensure the team stays on their toes.
