APS have partnered with a large and successful 3PL business in supporting them to bring on their next warehouse administrative assistant. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager this role will be an integral part of their business providing professional support to the operations team.
Duties
- Use of a various internal and external software system's including WMS.
- Data entry, including keying manifests and consignments.
- Order processing
- Accounts Payable
- Internal liaison with different departments within the company.
- Customer Service and support
- Picking orders using RF Scanner
- Manual handling up to 15kg
- Ad hoc duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in similar role required.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Own reliable transport.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Willingness to work within warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
