About the role
We are offering a permanent part time Administration Officer position at our Mandurah location. The position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to clients, staff and key stakeholders of the Peel Senior Relationship Service. The current vacancy is for 3 days per week.
Skills, experience, and qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
- the ability to work on a number of tasks simultaneously as a member of a team
- a commitment to the vision and values of Relationships Australia WA
- an awareness and understanding of the challenges and issues faced by clients experiencing Elder Abuse
- the ability to relate to a wide variety of people from diverse communities including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, culturally and linguistically diverse, LGBTQI+, and people with disability
- information technology skills, including use of Microsoft Office and other database technologies
- effective interpersonal skills, including verbal and written ability
Previous experience working with older persons who may be experiencing abuse is highly desirable.
