About the Role Ensure prospective patients have been placed on a respective waiting list, booked within the time frame indicated and maintain this list by ensuring accurate and complete additions, amendments, ongoing verification and appropriate delegations. Utilise information systems to record and update all patient demographic information, Medicare details and referral details (e.g., HBCIS, ESM). Also, using these systems to track the movement of patient charts, health fund details and admission details, ensuring data integrity and patient confidentiality by adhering to approved policies, guidelines and workplace instructions. Proficiently complete functions associated with the wait list of patients, booking for procedures/appointments, managing cancellations, rescheduling and removals from the waiting list using the relevant information systems in a timely manner.
