Find out more about us and our purpose.Your OpportunityTriple Care Farm is located on 110 acres in the NSW Southern Highlands and accepts referrals from young people Australia wide.We provide assessment, treatment, and intervention for young people between the ages of 16-24 participating in the residential rehabilitation and treatment program. The withdrawal program supports young people for up to 28 days, providing supervised withdrawal and a range of holistic supports and therapies.As Administration and Reception Officer you will be the first point of contact for clients, answering telephone enquiries, managing, and completing a range of administrative tasks vital to the efficient running of the office, including supporting other employees to complete administration duties in an accurate and timely manner.Your key responsibilities will be to:Manage the reception/front office area, taking calls, handling enquiries, greeting guests, and overseeing visitors to site.Complete a range of complex administration including reports, audit activities, timesheets, spreadsheets, memos, minutes etc.Support the Area and Program Managers with a range of duties associated with delivering quality services including fleet management, drafting policy and procedures, work health and safety, and rostering.Complete processing of financial transactions as required, including journals, petty cash and accounts payable.Requirements for SuccessPrevious experience in administrative roleCompetent in using computer packages such as Office 2000 including Word, Excel, and Power-Point.Ability to work in a busy environment.Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity towards disadvantaged clientsAbility to organise and prioritise work.Driver's LicenceEvidence of Full Covid 19 VaccinationBefore starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
