The Administration Officer will assist the estimator team with scheduling and reviewing specialist reports. This position will suit a candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Full time position based at our Head Office in Kunda Park.
About the role:
- Schedule trades to attend site and complete a specialist report for residential insurance claims
- Review reports to ensure accuracy
- Deal with a range of stakeholders, including insurance companies and trades
- Work to KPI’s to ensure that we receive reports back in a tight timeframe
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Invoice verification
- Complete a range of administration tasks and have the ability to prioritise tasks
- Assist our estimating team with adhoc tasks
- Previous experience in construction or insurance industry is desirable
- High level of computer skills across systems and Microsoft Office programmes
- Ability to learn new technology
- Customer Service skills
- Time management, multi tasking skills and attention to detail
- Maintain a high standard in verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team
