About You
You will have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in operating a busy reception and switchboard while completing various administrative tasks. You will be polite, friendly and have a fantastic ‘can do’ attitude along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in a reception and administration position, preferably in a childcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to provide high standard reception and administrative support
- Excellent organisational and multi tasking skills, outstanding work ethic and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail, tech savvy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fluid, changing environment
- Flexible and adaptive to covering additional shifts as may be required
- Positive and motivated team-player who has a passion for supporting our community with complex needs
