Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the Administration Officer is responsible for the day to day administrative and operational activities of the Branch.

This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication and process coordination between the different Branch functions.   Key Duties and Responsibilities: Greeting and signing in visitors to the Branch, actioning their enquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Managing incoming calls and assisting with internal and external enquiries.

Manage incoming mail from all sources. Assist with incoming/outgoing correspondence to customers, suppliers, and technicians. Assist with incoming parts and equipment sales enquires in line with branch processes.
