Operations Officer (Logistics & Administration)

About the role:

The Operations Officer will be responsible for coordinating logistics and administrative support tasks for operations.

What you'll do:

• Organise and coordinate transport for all in-bound and out-bound shipments
• Coordinate and manage the movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers and other stakeholders
• Manage logistics-related documentation and paperwork, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, and customs documentation
• Goods receipting and support other operational tasks and functions
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies

About you:

Ideally, you will tick some or all of these boxes:

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience or exposure in logistics, warehousing, or other related industry
• Qualification in logistics, business administration, or similar is desirable

Both experienced and inexperienced candidates in logistics will be considered. Administration skills are required at a minimum.
