We need someone with an extensive knowledge and skill base to fill the position of Administration & Operations Officer in our company.
This is a senior position encompassing contact with customers, order planning, importing, exporting, inventory management, logistics and communication of details across our company.
Sprint Horticulture started in 2001 and continues to develop it's product range every year. Sprint supplies wholesale nursery growers with their starter plants Australia-wide and internationally. In recent years we established another division to supply value-added plants to major retailers and independent stores. Our added-value range of plants are now distributed from Cairns to Adelaide and every where in between.
This is a permanent position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm.
Key responsibilities involve:- The management of sales orders with retail chains
- The entering of sales orders and sending order confirmations to customers
- The generation and printing of dispatch documents and labels
- Invoicing using an e-commerce portal
- Printing of labels and barcode stickers required by the Production Teams
- Data entry and report generation
- Weekly logistics co-ordination
- Import documentation handling and lodgement with our customs brokers and Australian Quarantine.
- A comprehensive knowledge of MYOB AccountRight Enterprise
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Have excellent computing skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Extensive experience in office administration
- Excellent phone manner and positive attitude
- Any experience using Adobe software should be highlighted in your application
- An engaging person who can work within our team environment and communicate changes as they occur during the day
