About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
* Be driven to build a positive, welcoming and supportive school culture
* High-level customer service
* Strong finance experience in OneSchool (Accounts Payable/Receivables)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Be a dedicated team player that works collaboratively with all team members
* Ability to work independently, problem solve and continue developing and streamlining financial process
* Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks without guidance and also ability to manage high pressure environments
* Operate autonomously to undertake day to day office procedures within well-defined policies and utilise information and management systems to support effective and efficient reporting and administration
* Ad-hoc administrative, reception and customer service duties as directed by Business Manager or Principal
