Public Sector People are working with a local council in the Western Suburbs who are looking for a Project Administration Officer to join them on a 3-month temporary contract basis in the Arts Events & Cultural Venues Department.
Role
- To provide efficient, effective, confidential administration and project support to assist the Cultural Venues unit in delivering business development objectives.
- To contribute to scheduling strategic work to be delivered by the Unit, and to track and monitoring progress.
- To liaise with Cultural Venues clientele, external consultants and contractors, and internal Council Departments to ensure optimum outcomes in project delivery.
- Coordinate, research, and draft responses to queries from stakeholders.

- Proficient in preparing written communication materials and guidelines.

- Stong Communication Skills
- Experience providing administrative assistance to management. Project administration prefable
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel.
- Customer Service Experience
- Police Check & Working With Children Check
