Administration Officer | Yarwun

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Data entry of consignment notes
• Liaising with internal and external clients as well as suppliers to meet client's requirements
• Raising and receipting of vendor purchase orders
• Assist DG customers with general invoicing enquiries
• Payroll processing and reconciliation for all DG departments
• Uploading signed documentation and maintaining the electronic filing system
• Assistance in safety and compliance auditing, reporting and data entry
• Coordination and support of management and team meetings
• General administration assistance in other parts of the business as required

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within the transport industry
• Experience in data entry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
• High level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office software and e-mail
• Excellent Excel skills
• High level of attention to detail
