Yours tasks will include, but not limited to:
- Respond promptly to telephone, electronic and face to face enquiries from tenants, landlords and customers which may include general property or tenancy matters
- Enter property and tenant data accurately into our real estate software
- Liaise with landlords and tenants offering exceptional customer service
- Proactively manage incoming correspondence and respond to clients, tenants and landlords promptly and professionally
- Provide general administration support and assistance to other team members
We’re looking for you to bring you enthusiasm and passion for customer service, using your proven skills and experience in developing relationships with clients. Other skills and attributes that will help you succeed in this role include:
- Strong attention to detail and great organisation skills
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a calm and friendly phone manner
- Thrive on providing excellent customer service and experience
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a variety of situations and pressure environments
- Hold a current NSW Drivers Licence
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration, License or have the willingness to obtain prior to commencing
- Willingness to evolve and grow
- Ability to take instruction
