Qualifications & experience
- Experience is not required
- Great people & communication skills are necessary
- Great Computer and Keyboard Skills are necessary
- Good academic results: school or tertiary are essential
- References are essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answer Phones
- Book client appointments
- Accounts Receivable, invoicing and receipts allocation
- Emails, word documents
- Sending tax returns for client digital signature
- Lodgement of Tax Returns
- Some Client Bookkeeping
- Assist Practice Management
- Work with the Partner
