About the Role
In response to our rapid growth, we are looking for a dependable Administration and Scheduling Officer to help manage the increasing demand for our services.
We seek a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset, ideally with rostering experience in the Disability, Aged Care, or Hospital sectors, or similar fields. If you have a background in rostering and a solid grasp of the community support sector, we want to hear from you.
While previous rostering experience in the Disability or Aged Care sectors is advantageous, we provide thorough training for all required competencies.
This role requires a versatile individual capable of managing an often fast-paced reception area and whilst supporting the complex nature of our operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, general administration, and rostering activities.
- Ensure client bookings are handled with precision and timeliness.
- Input shifts and adjustments into our Eziplan database (training provided on all software systems).
- Quickly adapt schedules to cover unplanned staff changes.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanour while managing multiple rosters.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks including answering calls, case noting, incident reporting and resolving complex situations at point of call.
- MS Office and data entry.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday and participate in an on-call rotation outside of regular hours.
