The Hospital Research Foundation (THRF) Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Services Lead to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise all your skills to oversee the admin team and provide timely and effective support to senior executives and the wider Group.

About the role
Reporting to the Executive Support Manager, this role is responsible for:

• Managing the Administration Services team - x 2 direct reports.
• Providing admin and project support to the Senior Executive team including document preparation, diary management and meeting administration.
• Managing a broad range of administration tasks and supports as required across THRF Group, including advisory bodies/committees.
• Overseeing facility management requirements across all properties including coordinating repairs and maintenance.
