Administration Support / Customer Service

We wish to appoint a person to provide day to day Administration Support to the Customer Service Administrator & Workshop Service Manager to co-ordinate and administer a broad range of interesting and challenging tasks, including but not limited to:

• Reception – first point of contact for customers both face to face and on the phone
• Customer Service bookings
• Job Card preparation and invoicing
• Online warranty claim processing & reconciliation
• Insurance quotes
• Customer follow up
• OH&S assistance, maintaining registers, contractor sign in, supporting the induction of new employees
• Service staff leave calendars
• All other ad hoc administration duties required
