The Ayr Health Service is seeking an Administration Support Officer to join their team on a Fixed Term Temporary part-time basis 38 hours per fortnight for up to 12 months.
The role works collaboratively as a member of the administration team providing a high quality service to the Medical Records and Outpatient area of the Ayr Hospital undertaking roles in service delivery in areas of Outpatient and Inpatient services, clinic bookings, Emergency Department reception, patient billing, Information Management and Patient Travel (PTSS).
Generous pro rata remuneration package (based on full-time equivalent value) up to $3,950 p.m. comprising:
- Salary range of $37.68 to $41.90 p.h. (AO3)
- Annual leave with 17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.
Requirements
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis.
- Probation period may apply.
