Job description

Based on James Street in Fortitude Valley, we are looking for a self-motivated, Administration all-rounder to join our Head Office team in supporting a growing portfolio of Hotels and retail bottle shops.
If you are interested in working in a dynamic and supportive team environment that supports a growing and exciting Hospitality business this may be the opportunity you are looking for. 
We are an independent Hospitality Group that values our people and culture, if you're a team player and believe the role might suit you. Some of the skills/experience we are looking for are:

  • A minimum of 1+ years' office experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Data Entry
  • Assisting with reconciling financial reporting 
  • Organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality output
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Good communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Willingness to proactively problem solve where possible
