Your new role
As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, guests and incoming phone queries. This is a well-rounded role with various administrative, customer service and mailroom duties. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Greet and assist visitors and guests
Provide support business services such as general administration and mail room assistance
Coordinate all business requests and uses, such as booking meeting rooms etc.
Provide support for building management issues when required
Manage publications and ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the office
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following:
Strong demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role
Professional telephone manner i.e. iteming, questioning, empathy and professionalism
Ability to understand queries and assist customers appropriately
Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, excel and outlook
Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach
