About the Role:
As an Administration Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient delivery of administration and reception services for our office, contributing to the overall effectiveness and productivity of the work unit. This position is designed to provide you with valuable hands-on experience and mentorship to develop essential skills in the following areas:
- Deliver a comprehensive range of administration functions to support the smooth operation of the work unit.
- Produce accurate and up-to-date data records, both electronic and manual, by diligently preparing and entering new information.
- Answer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the delivery and maintenance of efficient work practices and processes, ensuring streamlined operations within the office.

Special Conditions:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration:
Trainee: $15,337 – $39,647 per annum.
