Qualifications & experience
- Familiar with administration duties and office environment for a small to medium size business
- Proficient with Outlook/MS suite of products
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Able and confident with learning new systems
- Working knowledge of MYOB an advantage
- Familiar with job management software an advantage, currently Ascora
- Sound understanding of basic business processes and management, ie OH&S requirements, accounts payable reconciliation, document workflow
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls (minimal)
- Job Documentation and Accounts Filing
- General ordering for business, stationery, amenities, PPE, etc
- Reconciling delivery paperwork to orders/invoices
- OH&S Admin
- Data Entry, Accounts and Job Information
- Assit collegues by providing administration support where necessary
