In this role, you will be responsible for:   promptly addressing inbound calls, voicemails, and emails. utilising our ATS / CRM Vincere to record activities accurately for comprehensive reporting. keeping activities below 200 to maintain efficiency.

aiming for 50 google reviews weekly through consistent candidate and client engagement. keeping client and candidate files current. exuding a welcoming presence for visitors, while maintaining a friendly demeanour with staff, clients, and candidates.

responding swiftly to calls and queries, screening for non-essential communications. providing executive support to consultants and management. overseeing a clean, user-friendly internal recruitment system.

following up with clients and candidates, ensuring no contact exceeds a 3-4 day gap. upholding company systems and processes meticulously.    To be successful in this role, you’ll need:   at least 1-2 years previous experience in a reception and or administration position.

an excellent work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision. professionalism in dress and demeanour with superb interpersonal skills. experience with a multi-line switchboard and public engagement.

tact, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive situations. proficiency in MS office, G suite and Mac OS. a team player attitude, contributing positively to our team's goals.

an Australian drivers licence. competence in managing confidential files. the capacity to support and train junior staff, interns, and work experience students.
