We have an experienced leadership team and are committed to providing employment opportunities in Bowen for suitable candidates.Bowen Rail Company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, in this role you will provide effective and timely administrative support to all departments with the Bowen Rail Company Team and assist them in general organisational tasks as assigned.Key Accountabilities:Safety Leadership: Set the standard for safety at Bowen Rail Company. Demonstrate visible safety leadership in line with the values.Work schedules, rostering, and diary management.General administration across operations.Onboarding of contractors and BRC personnel.Manage the incoming and outgoing correspondence.Prepare corporate credit card and expense reports.Coordinating and management of meetings (booking and preparation), booking facilities, distribution of agenda, Meeting Minutes, catering, and visitor PPE and inductions.Stock control, ensuring sufficient supplies of all consumables for use by rail operations are sustained.Assists with ordering Staff Welfare supplies and office supplies when required.
