- Full time, fixed-term position
- HEWL 4: $66,532 - $70,676 per annum plus up to 17% superannuation.
WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE IN THE ROLE
Providing administrative assistance to staff, students and leaders, you will enable the management and delivery of education and research programs, contribute to both staff and student experiences and outcomes, ensure customer expectations are met and tasks are completed to a high-quality standard.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
You’re a customer service star with experience in managing high numbers of inquiries effectively and efficiently in person, via phone and email. Proficient in the use of computerised systems and databases including the Microsoft Office suite, you’re a highly organised individual with great time management skills to prioritise and meet competing deadlines. You’re a fantastic communicator with skills and experience in dealing with people from a variety of backgrounds with attention to detail and you work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Reception experience would be highly desirable.
