Due to the growth of the company we are seeking a full time motivated individual for an Administrative Assistant role.
About the Role:
As Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, file management, and customer service.
- Counter sales
- Telephone enquiries
- Arrange purchase orders
- Quote customers – arrange and order parts
- Collecting parts
- Learn about various aspects of business management and office administration.
- Receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals.
Who Should Apply:
- Candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a professional setting.
- Individuals with some previous work experience, though not mandatory.
- Candidates with basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Excellent communicators who are organised and have a positive attitude.
- Current Drivers Licence
