As a part of your role, you will provide administrative support to the Associate Director Paramedicine and Clinical Practice and other Clinical Practice management and staff.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Handle email enquiries and the initial point of contact for the Clinical Practice as required.
- Word processing of correspondence, submissions, reports, and papers for Clinical Practice staff.
- Manage electronic rostering system for staff in business unit.
- Preparation of meeting minutes and correspondence with stakeholders.
- Process all mail including distribution and dispatching as required.
- Maintenance of the appropriate supply of stationary and other office equipment as required.
- Manage, monitor, and report on key performance indicators as they relate to the position.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience in office procedures and practices.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- A sound knowledge of contemporary word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages
- and a comprehensive understanding of office processes and procedures.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to organise, track and manage correspondence, documents, records, and data files.
- Proven ability and flexibility to meet deadlines.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Ability to become proficient in new data management systems and practices.
