Job Description:Rentokil Initial have an exciting opportunity to hire an
Administrative Assistant to support the Customer Service team based in Sydney. Based in our Lidcombe office, this full-time position is a crucial part of the Customer Service team reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager providing phone and email customer service and support.
In this role, you will:- Be responsible for tracking, classifying and retrieving files as required
- Utilise your customer service skills and carry out general office administration duties
- Have excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail (previous administrative experience will be favorable)
- Possess a sense of initiative (be able to work without constant supervision) but also be a team player with a helpful, courteous attitude
- Support the team and assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Be able to manage their time effectively and meet set work targets
- Have a positive 'can do' attitude
