We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer relationship skills and have experience and knowledge of the construction industry. The successful applicant will work closely with our team to manage customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, data management and support with daily administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Responding to customer and supplier inquiries via email or phone
- Administrative support with pre-construction information
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining a comprehensive calendar
- Ordering materials and supplies as needed
- Data entry and management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Construction industry experience is a plus
