Our mission is to help children through this turmoil by helping their parents to reach agreement on care and custody. Qualifications & Experience
- Build rapport with people over the phone
- Be client-focused, non-judgmental, compassionate and empathetic
- Have intermediate skills with computer software (including word processing programs and CRMs)
- Have experience in issuing invoices through Xero
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Take phone inquiries
- Explain the process of what we do
- Send emails to clients
- Make follow-up phone calls
- Book appointments
- Issue invoices (through Xero)
- Manage CRM
- Maintain strict confidentiality
