What you'll be doing
Temporary opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a leading utilities organisation based in Southbank.
The primary purpose of the Administrative Officers role is to provide support to the B2B Energy Supply Operations and Sales teams for the onboarding and implementation of the Charter Hall PPA contract, but will not be limited to this contract only.
Key Responsibilities
- Primarily onboarding and implementation of the Charter Hall customer contract.
- Provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the team(s).
- Responding to, management of and the timely resolution of enquiries & issues with both internal and external teams (includes customers, networks and meter providers)
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- MUST have experience either working within the retail energy industry, and ideally B2B experience.
- MUST have experience with the onboarding of customers and delivering network & metering (data & transfers) resolution outcomes
- Excellent reporting, presentation and communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change quickly and problem solve
- Tech savvy and able to adapt to new systems
Benefits to you:
- $35 $40 p/h + super
- Soutbank location
- 2 month contract (possible extension)
