Camp Hill State Infants & Primary School is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Administrative Officer to join our HR team. The successful candidate will handle the Human Resource contracts, rosters, leave, appointments, cessation of duties. Additionally Blue Card tracking, SBS updates, and Salary Recovery. This position is offered on a part-time basis.

Your role:
Responsibilities include:
- Autonomy to perform a variety of day to day administrative and support services that are routine in nature and directed by the Principal, Deputy Principal and Business Manager.
- Processing paperwork for Permanent and Short Term staff
- Engaging casual staff
- Completing Salary Reports
- Working with Microsoft Office
To be successful in obtaining this role you will need to have iniative and a drive to suceed. You will also need to show a willingness to contribute to the small team and be adept at taking on new information in a short time frame. Exposure to OneSchool and MyHr are desirable but not essential.
