Our NFP client is focused on addressing both regional and national health challenges. Together with health professionals, partners from both the health and hospital sector, consumers and the broader community, they seek to identify gaps and commission solutions for better health outcomes.
About the Role
The focus of the role is to act as the primary point of contact and resource for GP’s and Healthcare providers and stakeholders. The role provides customer service help desk support, distributes educational materials, enters and reports on data and performs administrative duties.
Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact to GP’s and Healthcare providers via phone, email and other channels
  • Processing referrals, invoicing, payments and records
  • Lodge and document all customer interactions into the CRM
  • Facilitate the resolution of complaints and issues, escalate as required
  • Distribution of educational material, resources and program updates to participating providers
  • Preparation of documentation, presentation material and reports
  • Gather and collate information, generating reports
  • Ensuring information is true and correct and then upload the data, in relation to the mental health programs
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, events and initiatives
  • Complete diary and travel management
  • Mail distribution, coordination of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Reception coverage, as required
  • Ensure complete compliance with ‘best practice’ processes and policies and procedures
About You
  • Demonstrated Administration and Customer Service experience
  • Health, Medical or Community Services experience advantageous
  • Professional, polite and empathetic
  • Resilient, determined and motivated
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven time management skills and ability to successfully manage conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with GP’s and Health professionals
  • Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
