About us:

Trojan Recruitment Group is a national provider of industrial recruitment specialising in the sourcing and placement of high quality temporary, contract and permanent staff across a portfolio of industry sectors.

To support our growing business, Trojan is seeking an experienced and talented individual to become part of our dynamic and close-knit Mulgrave team as an Administrator.

About the role:

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing vital admin support for the branch in order to assist in the delivery of effective recruitment solutions and maintenance of valuable business relationships with clients and candidates.

Role responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for all visitors and incoming inquiries both phone and online
  • Administration and office support to the team including calendar management
  • Support to the Recruitment Team: Actively searching for candidates by utilising online platforms; Conducting pre-screen phone interviews; Conducting reference checks
  • Data Entry and Data Base management to ensure policy compliance
  • Ensuring all candidates complete required online & offline paperwork before commencement 

Skills and Experience:

As the ideal person for this role you will have a positive and friendly nature with a “can do” attitude combined with outstanding organisational and administration experience. You will also be able to hit the ground running by demonstrating the following:

  • Exceptional demonstrated computer literacy in MS Office Suite of products
  • Ability to multi-task & work within a fast paced environment
  • Strong sense of urgency in order to meet recruitment deadlines
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Fantastic People Skills - exceptional communication and administration skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently in a small team
