$70-75K plus Super + bonuses (up to 4k per year)
Training on products will be provided to the successful candidate.
Duties will include:
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries from their Distributors
- Provide advice and support on products
- Assist with quotations and order processing of Invoices
- Process returns, repair and warranty claims
- Inventory and stock availability
- Monthly consignment stock orders and follow up backorders
- Ability to problem solve
- Possess excellent computer skills including MS Office and Excel
- Ability to Multitask
- Support Sales team (BDM's) in the field
